    very nice blog. thnx so much for the all informations of brown or black rice.as a bengaliyaan have a littlr bit love with white rice, but eat everyday 2/3 cups of rice in lunch,,,, with lots of veggies 7 salads…so swasth raho mast raho..!!!!
