It’s not what others can do better than you but how you can better yourself each day. Believe that YOU can do all this and more. It has been a journey for me, from being a weakling to inspiring many to join me in my fitness adventure.
Dream, desire, determination, discipline and dedication : the 5 D’s to success. Each one of us will have our struggles and mountains to climb before we can sigh at the beautiful view from the top. It may be different for each but I assure you that it will be satisfying, when you look behind at any stage and see how far YOU have come from where you started.

Not all fitness enthusiasts are the barbell kinds or the dumbbell ones. Some don’t even like the gym but that shouldn’t deter you to take that first step. Nothing should deter us to accomplish what will give us the happiness of optimum health. I don’t think thin is in, nor is fat fantastic. Health is measured by your level of energy to go through your everyday routine, your body’s ability to combat illness, a stable and happy mental state. If your body is fit and immunity is good, your world fill feel like sunshine. So eat right, exercise well and get the happy glow.
